Operate and perform maintenance activities on production cloud database services running within the SaaS region. Responsible for defining and deploying DbaaS and autonomous database services with deep focus on architecture, production operations, capacity planning, performance management, deployment, and SaaS release engineering. Act as a point of escalation for incidents and other issues arising within the SaaS regions, for the cloud database services React to production deficiencies by continuously implementing automation, self-healing, and real-time monitoring to production systems  Ensures thorough documentation of incidents through company-standard reporting methods Drives and actively participates in the resolution of complex technical issues spanning various services Execute DR tests and performance test on cloud environments. Actively monitor database environment and involve in developing comprehensive Database Monitoring tools. Responsible to managing security and access control of production database.
