Position Summary: MILVETS Systems Technology, Inc. is currently seeking a full time Subject Matter Expert(SME) Cloud Development. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the design, writing, and testing of computer programs or database development. Experience in principles, practices, or procedures used in phases of application/system lifecycle development, engineering, programming, and/or analysis.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical, managerial, and administrative direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements development, and implementation for complex to extremely complex systems in the subject matter area. Make recommendations and advise on organization- wide system improvements, optimization or maintenance efforts in the following specialties: information systems architecture; networking; telecommunications; automation; communications protocols; risk management/electronic analysis; software; lifecycle management; software development methodologies; and modeling and simulation.Commensurate experience in IT and in new and related older technology that directly relates to the required area of expertise. Participates in supporting the enterprise applications through the use of industry accepted practices for the evaluation of alternative innovative solutions to meet customer’s existing requirements and customer’s modernization efforts. Participate in the internal validation documentation to include, but not limited to, technical specifications, special instructions, and regression test plans. Participates in debugging software and identify required corrections to meet specified requirements.Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or associate degree in related field or at minimum Information Technology (IT) Certification
Certifications: Requires DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification IAT Level II. (Eg. CompTIA Sec+)
Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an Active United States Department of Defense Secret clearance is required.
