Cloud DevOps Engineer

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Azure DevOps and its various tools, along with a passion for automation and continuous improvement. You will play a pivotal role in streamlining our development and deployment processes, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of software.Responsibilities:
+ Azure DevOps Configuration:
+ Manage and configure Azure DevOps pipelines, including build, test, and release pipelines.
+ Implement and maintain CI/CD practices to automate the software delivery process.
+ Configure and manage source control repositories (e. g., Git).
+ Automation:
+ Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
+ Automate tasks related to build, deployment, testing, and infrastructure provisioning.
+ Create and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
+ Testing and Quality Assurance:
+ Integrate testing tools and frameworks into the DevOps pipeline (e. g., Selenium, JUnit).
+ Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
+ Implement and maintain quality gates and checks within the pipeline.
+ Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
+ Monitor the health and performance of Azure DevOps pipelines and environments.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to builds, deployments, and testing.
+ Provide technical support to development teams.
+ Continuous Improvement:
+ Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
+ Research and evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance DevOps practices.
+ Contribute to the development and maintenance of DevOps best practices and standards.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
+ Experienced working with Azure Cloud services and Azure DevOps & Jenkins
+ Strong scripting skills using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
+ Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation
+ Knowledge of CI/CD principles and best practices.
+ Understanding of software development methodologies (e. g., Agile, DevOps).
+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
