About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Consultant/Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, deployment, optimizing, and securing cloud solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with deploying, debugging, managing and ensuring the security of their cloud and data on cloud infrastructures. Success in this position requires preferably multi-cloud experience (preferable Azure/AWS) identifying optimal solutions, adhering to best practices, strong troubleshooting skills, awareness of industry trends, and excellent teamwork. As a Cloud Engineer, you will have an immediate impact on the efficiency client delivery and an ongoing impact on our overall growth.

Key responsibilities:

Able to Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or Azure (preferable multi-cloud). Administer and deploy new VM instances and related infrastructure (Vnet, ELB etc.) Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance, and security. Configuring monitoring of cloud resources for performance and cost optimization. Strong understanding of cloud billing Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues. Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices. Ensure efficient functioning of data storage and process functions in accordance with company security policies. Ability to develop scripts for deployment, monitoring, reporting, and alerts, ensuring a robust, redundant, scalable 100% uptime infrastructure. Implement and manage cloud infrastructure and services, including compute, storage, networking, and databases. Able to plan and migrate existing on-premises applications and services to the cloud. Work with customer engineering teams on a wide variety of AWS projects, including migration, containerization, and transformation. Analyze existing operational standards, processes, and/or governance to identify and implement improvements. Manage security and access controls of cloud-based solutions. Develop infrastructure as code (IaC using Terraform or any other tools) leveraging cloud-native tooling to ensure automated and consistent platform deployments. Ensure all infrastructure components meet proper performance and capacity standards. Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures.
