1. Complete basic data collection for daily work.
2. Monitor phone recording duly and regularly , Evaluate the phone contact’s quality by QI standard.
3. Collect, sort, analysis and manger record about monitoring, make effective actions (Kaizen) to improve QI target.
4. Hold QI calibration meeting and prepare matter ,and make communion with related colleagues constantly for pushing quality improvement continuously.
5. Find root cause and follow up to resolve quite, make preventive measures to avoid quality problem.
6. Dynamic adjust to adapt to different periods of the actual operational needs, and demand of QI improvement.
