Description 1. Complete basic data collection for daily work. 2. Monitor phone recording duly and regularly , Evaluate the phone contact’s quality by QI standard. 3. Collect, sort, analysis and manger record about monitoring, make effective actions (Kaizen) to improve QI target. 4. Hold QI calibration meeting and prepare matter ,and make communion with related colleagues constantly for pushing quality improvement continuously. 5. Find root cause and follow up to resolve quite, make preventive measures to avoid quality problem. 6. Dynamic adjust to adapt to different periods of the actual operational needs, and demand of QI improvement. Basic Qualifications - Knowledge of the primary aws services (ec2, elb, rds, route53 & s3) - Experience implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments Preferred Qualifications - 5+ years of IT implementation experience - Experience and technical expertise (design and implementation) in cloud computing technologies - Experience leading the design, development and deployment of business software at scale or recent hands-on technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
