About the role

We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Consultant, who will contribute to further development of our Cloud Application Services practice within our Delivery Center in Wroclaw. Remote / Hybrid working is possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing and setting up architecture for hosting various Siemens SaaS applications on the cloud (AWS and/or Azure)Working with Product Support team on cloud and product hosting related issuesDevelop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practicesEnsure efficient functioning of data storage and process functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud securityIdentify, analyse and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issuesRegularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvementsInteract with clients, provide cloud support, and make recommendations based on client needsTroubleshooting and solving problemsHelp curate the knowledge collateral created by the teamUnderstands common software development principles and lifecycleAbility to quickly adapt to a changing environment

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure set up and administration (EC2, VPC, Load Balancers, VPN, RDS, S3, Lambda knowledge is a must)Hands-on with containers and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, etc.)Linux / Windows system administration knowledgeFamiliarity with automation tools like Terraform, AnsibleScripting language like Bash, PowerShellDBA knowledge (Oracle/MS SQL)Strong verbal and written communication in English (at least C1) is a mustActive Directory/LDAP & SSO administrationStrong analytical and troubleshooting abilitiesGood teamwork, collaboration and learning attitudeEligibility to work legally in Poland
