Cloud Infrastructure Engineering

What you will be responsible for
As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will:
•    Build and operate enterprise-class cloud infrastructure services focusing on security, resiliency, scalability, and performance
•    Assist with implementation of global network connectivity solutions in the cloud
•    Have deep knowledge and hands-on implementation experience in networking technologies and cloud platforms
•    Have hands on experience scripting, working in an Infrastructure As Code environment, and leveraging automation tools
•    Collaborate with other Cloud Platform Engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver a secure, well-architected technology platform.
•    Provide engineering support for build, migration and operation of cloud infrastructure services
•    Work with the IT Security Team, Solution Architects and Cloud Operations Team with any security-related issues that arise and maintain a log of operational activities performed 
•    Partner with project teams on cloud infrastructure technologies and solutions 
•    Be expected to learn new technologies and continue to expand expertise 
•    Participate in the establishment of automated processes and cultivate a DevOps mind set.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Analytical field required 
•    Five years of experience working in a large-scale multi-site enterprise environment
•    Network certifications preferred
•    Three years of cloud deployment experience, preferred with Azure experience.
•    Three years of experience working with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama
•    Demonstrated experience using automated deployment models
•    Deep understanding of networking concepts such as routing, VPN, and NAT 
•    Understanding of Change Management principles and processes.
•    Working experience in Github, Gitlabs, Ansible, Terraform is preferred.
•    Deep understanding of infrastructure services such as DNS, authentication, and load-balancing
•    Working experience with highly segmented networks in public and private clouds. 
•    Working experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies in Azure or any other cloud platform 
•    Excellent communication, documentation and troubleshooting skills 
•    Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $202,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
