Cloud Infrastructure Manager

Are you passionate about cloud transformation and leading high-performing teams? We're looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Manager to drive our cloud strategy, optimize our hybrid environment, and ensure security, scalability, and cost efficiency. You’ll be the key link between cloud providers and internal teams, helping accelerate cloud adoption and FinOps best practices.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a cloud strategy that supports business objectives, cloud migration, and hybrid cloud modernization efforts.

Lead cloud transformation, enabling teams to adopt cloud-native technologies.

Oversee AWS, Azure, and GCP environments for reliability, security, and cost optimization.

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and regulatory compliance (NIST, PCI, SOC2).

Champion Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation for efficiency.

Implement FinOps practices to optimize cloud spend and maximize ROI.

Lead a team of 10+ Cloud Engineers & Architects, fostering growth and innovation.

Support cloud incident response, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Experience managing cloud or infrastructure teams (10+ people).

Extensive experience in cloud engineering, architecture, or operations (hybrid cloud experience preferred).

Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP (certifications a plus!).

Experience with Infrastructure – as – Code, IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).

Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks (NIST, PCI, SOC2).

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
