The opportunity: 


We are looking for a hands-on Cloud Native Web Developer to drive the design and development of cutting-edge cloud-native applications. This role involves leading the implementation of best practices, enabling rapid deployment, and ensuring high performance, security, and scalability of web solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern cloud architectures and be committed to delivering high-quality, resilient products that support seamless user experiences. You will be able to:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable web applications using modern cloud-native technologies.

Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (product management, design, engineering) to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design systems, mockups or wireframes into functional, clean, and responsive code.

Implement robust and secure cloud-native architectures, leveraging AWS as our primary platform.

Optimize web applications for peak performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in cloud-native development and web technologies.

Contribute to the development of reusable components and libraries to streamline development processes.

Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Demonstrate exceptional skills and take on the role of a capability lead, connecting various teams and establishing best practices across the pharma commercial domain.

Who you are:

Proficient in programming languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Go.

Have experience with modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

In-depth knowledge of cloud-native technologies and platforms, with a strong preference for AWS.

Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and understanding of serverless computing and microservices architectures.

Experience with RESTful APIs and API design principles.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A passion for learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends.

Fluent English

Nice to have:

Experience with serverless frameworks like AWS Lambda or Google Cloud Functions.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code).

Experience with GraphQL, SQL, and other query languages.

Contributions to open-source projects.

Cloud Security Experience, Securing APIs, using identity and access management (IAM), and encrypting data at rest and in transit.

Salary range 17 000 - 24 000 PLN gross based on the employment contract (Umowa o pracę),

Annual bonus payment based on your performance;

Hybrid model of work (8 days per month in the office in Warsaw or Poznań)
