Ability to communicate effectively with customers and perform remote debugging via webEx is essential to success in this role. The ideal candidate is a fast learner and self-starter, with a good balance of technical and problem solving skills, combined with a strong desire to help our customers achieve their goals and exceed their project deadlines. **Required technical and professional expertise** Required Professional and Technical Expertise * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
 * Experience working with Linux/Unix systems, Docker and running Dockerized applications * Knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift technology

 * Ability to work in a dynamic fast pasted environment and continuously learn Work an early shift * Work an alternative work week (Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday) *
