The Cloud Portfolio Leader is responsible for transforming and setting the strategic direction for our Cloud solutions. You will set a vision, strategic plan, and Go-To-Market strategies that will leverage our unique value proposition to enable the organization for future growth. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and market insights will be essential in driving the success of our business. By understanding customer requirements and market trends, you will develop and execute strategies to enhance our cloud offerings and drive customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on our strategic direction, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share expansion. You will report to our President, Security and Access Solutions, and you’ll work on a Hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nLead the Cloud Offering Management team, providing guidance and support to develop and execute product strategies\nDefine and prioritize product requirements based on market needs and customer feedback\nDrive the development and launch of new products, ensuring their alignment with market trends and customer requirements\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experience\nMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition\nProvide regular updates on product performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior leadership\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\nMinimum of 12+ years of experience in offering management or product management, with a proven track record of driving product growth and profitability\nStrong leadership and team management skills\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills\nAbility to understand customer requirements and translate them into product strategies\nStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilities\nProficient in market research and analysis\n\n
