The Systems Development Team designs, creates, and modifies software applications and utility programs. They assist with program specifications, assess user needs, and develop program logic. Additionally, they conduct software testing to ensure alignment with version requirements and measure software quality. Their work encompasses a comprehensive approach, integrating software, networks, hardware, and other components into cohesive systems. As a Cloud QA Intern, you will assist in ERP testing and automation, create engaging video content, and translate business processes into testing scenarios while gaining hands-on experience in software quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in the testing phase of ERP implementations and upgrades by executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to improve software quality. Learn and apply automation frameworks, such as Selenium or Cypress, to create and execute automated test scripts while contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of existing automation suites. Develop engaging video content to explain complex business processes and technical concepts, utilizing video editing tools to create professional-quality videos and collaborating with subject matter experts to script and narrate them. Gain insights into various business processes, including finance, HR, supply chain, and operations, and analyze business requirements to translate them into testing scenarios. Build strong professional relationships by networking with experienced business leaders and learning from industry experts through mentorship opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
Junior or senior year student pursuing a degree in a related field or pursuing a master's degree in a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of software testing methodologies. Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Familiarity with automation frameworks like Selenium or Cypress. Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes such as finance, HR, supply chain, or operations. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
