Description We are in the asset management industry and are located in New York, New York. We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Cloud Security Engineer. In this role, you will work on an array of tasks that involve processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and acting accordingly. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement security measures using Amazon CloudWatch and Amazon EC2 • Automate processes and tasks with Ansible and PowerShell Scripting • Monitor and analyze network vulnerabilities using Splunk • Use Python for vulnerability analysis and remediation • Manage customer credit applications and records • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries • Implement backup technologies and cluster analysis for data protection • Develop and maintain APIs for improved functionality and security • Utilize CISSP skills to enhance cloud security measures • Use Atlassian Jira for project management and workflow coordination.
