What You'll Do at Pega: Assist users with Okta login issues, ensuring a smooth authentication experience.Triage and manage all incoming cloud security tickets, providing timely and effective resolutions.Review all cloud access requests, ensuring secure access to Pega’ environments.Conduct regular access reviews to maintain strict security protocols.Update and maintain various applications, ensuring they meet security standards.Review vulnerability findings and work on remediation strategies to mitigate risks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our cloud security posture.Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to continually improve our practices.Who You Are: Proficient in Okta and familiar with ticketing systems and customer service best practices.

Experienced with cloud platforms, including AWS (IAM, CloudFormation), GCP, and Azure.

Knowledgeable in Sailpoint and systems management for both Linux and Windows environments.

Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

A problem solver with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Committed to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies.

What You've Accomplished:

Required Qualification
