Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

Provide end-to-end development and operational support for GCP Cloud Security, implementing IAM, encryption, and network security. Our work includes building scalable security solutions, automating threat detection, and ensuring continuous monitoring and compliance, creating a secure and resilient cloud environment.

Understand Google cloud security infrastructure, build and setup pipelines, review code, help team debug technical issues, review Rapid pipelines, code progression across environment and build trust and relationship with clients.

 

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement managementIndependently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancementManaged Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products

 

Qualifications

 Required

 15 Years Experience in GCP Cloud Security Internal Systems and Services10 Years Experience Programming in Python, Javascript, and Unix10 Years Experience with Borg Development tool.Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325-$200,000.
