Coordinate the sales of Oracle Cloud within your territory. You’ll use your industry knowledge to support your sales team and ensure customer happiness.

Grow, develop, inspire and lead a diverse organization of highly motivated, high performing and customer centric cloud sales team Manage sales rep performance with objectives, targets, and regular 1:1 feedback Build the structures and culture to ensure your team effectively leverages the expertise available in our diverse internal technology sales ecosystem Develop long-term, sustainable relationships with senior-level customers and partners
