Equifax is seeking a Cloud Engineer to significantly contribute to identifying how to best leverage new cloud services and architectural patterns across the enterprise.  This role will support end-to-end Cloud Automation of application delivery, including infrastructure provisioning and integration with Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) platforms, using existing and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, has a passion for continual improvement and solving technical challenges through engineering, coding, and automation. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high quality solutions focused on our customers’ business needs and Equifax’s cloud strategy.

What You’ll Do

Implement complex infrastructure products through engineering and automation that enables configuration and service management

Work to implement & support short and long-term roadmaps for their respective domains

Participate in and provide feedback on systems engineering and design

Provide input on the future execution of the delivery and management of environments with a strong emphasis on automation, security, performance, scalability and resilience

Full alignment with the Engineering Handbook guidelines and practices

What experience you need BS degree in a STEM major or equivalent job experience required; Master’s Degree preferred; AI/ML coursework preferred5 years or more Experience in one or more cloud environments (GCP preferred)5 years or more Experience using one or more automation languages (Python, Go, and or Terraform)5 years or more Experience with programming languages (Java, C#, javascript) preferredSolid understanding of networking5 years or more Experience with one or more other technologies (database, Big Data, AI, etc)Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred
