About the role:

As a Cloud Services Industrialization Expert, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud services to ensure scalability, efficiency, and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and industrialize cloud solutions that meet the needs of our clients and support our business objectives.

Main responsibilities

Architect and develop scalable cloud services and solution.Continuously optimize cloud services for performance, cost, and reliability.Implement automation tools and processes to streamline cloud operationsWork with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of cloud services.Establish monitoring and maintenance protocols to ensure the health and performance of cloud services.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud services and processesStay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.Create and optimize cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.Providing technical assistance to global customers and partners via email and phone calls.Turning ambiguous business requirements into well-defined problem statements and proposing architectural solutions.Understanding networking technologies like load balancers, firewalls, and DNS.Keeping an eye on backup job performance and cloud infrastructure.

About you

Background

Education: Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of Cloud proven experiences in similar rolesExperience managing carve-out projects, including data migration and IT separation, especially in multinational corporations.Collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Knowledge about security, risk, and compliance, with an understanding of cost implications related to business criticality or continuityPassion for customers and problem-solving, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issuesComfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and projectsStrong account management skills, experienced in managing external partners and providing exceptional customer supportDemonstrable ability to work independently, creatively, and with a self-driven, overachiever mindset
