This is a role that focuses on gathering customer/partner insights and mapping solutions with customer/partner business outcomes. They contribute to customer satisfaction by providing a positive customer/partner experience and independently identify issues to advise customers/partners on operating and optimizing performance. They understand competitor's architecture solutions and identify Microsoft's strengths to demonstrate value to customers/partners. They also support research projects, contribute to scoping surveys, and share ideas and technical input with virtual team members.
