Oracle’s A-Team is an elite group within Oracle Product Development is seeking a highly passionate Cloud Solution Architect to work in our Customer Experience (CX) team. The position will be based in the EMEA but will involve working with customers and internal engineering groups globally. This position is 100% remote work.

Your Technical Skills (required + desired)

We know not every candidate will have everything, but we have a list of what we need and what we would like.

We are looking for someone with experience and who knows their stuff. These experiences only come with time, so we feel a minimum of 7 years is about right given the high-profile nature of this position.

Required Experience.

Solution Development and Design. Demonstrable working knowledge of the methods of solution architectural design. Oracle CX applications, such as CPQ, Field Service, Subscriptions Cloud and CX Sales and Service Cloud. Oracle Fusion applications. Detailed knowledge of the breadth of Oracle’s Fusion applications is not required, but we do expect that the successful applicant is familiar with all areas of the end-to-end customer journeys through CX.

Desired Experience.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure experience. PaaS and IaaS-related technologies – such as Java, integration, mobile, security, storage, compute, and networking, will be an advantage. Applications of machine learning to customer experience augmentation. Autonomous Database and Object Storage experience. Coding/Scripting. One or more Application Development Languages in Java, GoLang, Rust, Groovy, JavaScript, Python, PL/SQL, Node.js and/or Visual Builder.
