Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to gather infrastructure requirements and design solutions.
Collaborate with the infrastructure engineers to implement solutions based on customer requirements and your designs
Effectively manage JIRA tasks with descriptions, priorities and deadlines.
Maintain documentations

Qualifications:
Must-Have:
3+ years of experience managing complex infrastructure environments, including network design and management.
Proficiency in Linux with various distributions
Ability to design networks and test network connectivity issues.
Knowledge of a range of AWS components, such as EC2, VPC and IAM
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have
Telecom infrastructure expertise
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) proficiency, particularly with Terraform
Kubernetes and microservices architecture experience
Google Cloud and Azure architecture design experience
Cassandra management experience
Deep understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and security best practices for infrastructure and networks
