We are currently seeking a Cloud Solution Delivery Lead Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Title: Data Engineer
Experience:
5+ years of experience Level 2 Production support of an enterprise data platform environment in a large organization, including: Management, administration, and maintenance with data streaming tools such as Kafka/Confluent Kafka, Flink Experienced with software support for applications written in Python & SQL Administration, configuration and maintenance of Snowflake & DBT Experience with data product environments that use tools such as Kafka Connect, Synk, Confluent Schema Registry, Atlan, IBM MQ, Sonarcube, Apache Airflow, Apache Iceberg, Dynamo DB, Terraform and GitHub Debugging issues, root cause analysis, and applying fixes Management and maintenance of ETL processes (bug fixing and batch job monitoring) Providing 'hands on' technical support and escalation through Incident, Change & Problem Management procedures to ensure that SLAs are achieved Implementation, design and management of releases and deployments Proactively seeking ways to improve day-to-day delivery Working under pressure with challenging deadlines Extensive experience applying data warehousing concepts (e.g. ETL/ELT, dimensional data modelling, slowly changing dimensions, data marts) on on-premises and cloud based BI solutions in a commercial environment Proven ability to clearly communicate complex solutions to non-technical audiences in support of technical solutions to business problems Robust hands-on experience with industry standard tooling and techniques, including SQL, Git and CI/CD pipelines

Role & responsibilities:
The Data Products L2 Support Analyst will provide support, administration and troubleshooting, as well as some perfective maintenance, on an enterprise data platform and accompanying analytics tooling for an NTT DATA client. This role will report into the Service Delivery Manager for the NTT DATA account team.
The person playing this role will build strong working relationships with key client and NTT DATA stakeholders.
Work timing / location
24x7 project – need to work in either of 3 shifts in rotational basis. Prefer Bangalore/Hyderabad based consultant; project works in hybrid mode.
