Lead the technical pre-sales process for complex deals, acting as the solution architect for clients. Guide clients through their cloud adoption journey, crafting creative solutions and advocating for their needs. Manage cross-functional teams to drive customer momentum and ensure successful implementations.Strategic Growth and Customer Advocacy:
Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders to understand business goals and create tailored roadmaps. Leverage customer insights to develop best practices and assets that accelerate cloud adoption across the company.Customer Success and Mentorship:
Plan and execute successful customer events and launches, collaborating with support and engineering for seamless transitions. Provide technical mentorship to junior sales consultants, fostering a strong knowledge base within the team.Technical Depth:
Experience with open-source solutions like Kubernetes, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, and OpenSearch is a strong plus, with a history of contributing to open-source projects being particularly valued. Possess in-depth knowledge in at least two of the following areas: GenAI LMOps /LLMOps IT operations/DevOps Database systems Networking Cyber Security Service architecture/ Micro Services/Service Mesh Cloud-native application development Hosted services Storage systemsCareer Level - IC4
