The Cloud Supply Chain team is responsible for cloud infrastructure supply chain management, delivering required capacity to support cloud services at scale while optimizing key business objectives. The team functional areas include end-to-end procurement operations, material planning, datacenter real estate management, network provisioning management, end-to-end cloud assets management, vendor management, supply chain automations and analytics. **_As an Intern on the Cloud Supply Chain Team, you will work on the following:_**
+ Be able to dive deep to understand how our system and database works. Make effective suggestion on new automation process design and develop BRD to dev team.
+ Independently analyze supply chain data, policies, and processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive the implementation of supply chain initiatives
+ Drive data-driven evaluation of business rules with appropriate decision makers to ensure optimal performance, and then ensure execution and compliance.
+ Perform analysis on hardware support strategies to determine optimal solution and make recommendations to leadership.
+ Monitor hardware EOL/EOS schedule and coordinate with stakeholders on related action plans.
+ Support asset inventory audit, reconciliation, gap analysis and implement improvement action plans.
+ Drive metric based continuous improvement efforts in cloud asset management processes. Develop and progress SOPs supporting business goals and objective that are specific to assigned duties.
Currently enrolled in an accredited university as a full-time student, pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations, Management, Supply Chain Analytics, Business Management, or related field.
+ **Graduating Spring 2026, or later**
+ Ability to obtain and maintain work authorization
+ Commit to a 12-week internship in Summer 2025 (May-August, or, June-September)
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
+ 1 to 2 years’ work experience in supply chain management, operations management, or manufacturing
+ Experience with enterprise resource planning, inventory or asset management systems.
+ Ability to analyze, explain, and draw conclusions based on complex data from multiple sources.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $28-36/hour, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
