**Kadiak, LLC,** a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Cloud System Administrator with a Secret Security Clearance to support **Kadiak** and our government customer. **This is a Remote opportunity.**

**Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:**
+ Manage the computer system, networks, and software ensuring they are running effectively, efficiently, and securely
+ Conduct administration of system and application environment to include configuration management, security updates, patching, system/software upgrades and mitigation of vulnerabilities
+ Install and configure software
+ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
+ Create and maintain backups
+ Safeguard data
+ Perform security tests and security monitoring
+ Research emerging technologies and technologies best suited for the system and application environment
+ Implement technical solutions
+ Establish equipment requirements, maintaining hardware and software, and staying current with platform, application, and industry development environments
+ Collaborating with technical and government teams
+ Participate in on-call rotation and responding to system emergencies
+ Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes
+ Report system status to include up/down time, incidents, open issues, etc.
+ Audit, remediate, maintain, collect, and document security artifacts related to Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs)
+ Conduct ACAS scans and evaluate report data from ACAS scans – participate in the review and response requirements
**Qualifications:**
+ Secret Clearance required
+ CompTIA Security+ or other IAT Level II Cert
+ 5 years of relevant experience in Information Technology
+ 5 years of experience managing internal or client-facing projects to completion and troubleshooting clients’ technical issues
+ Experience with IIS Administration
+ Experience with AWS Cloud Administration - installs, configuration, customization, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, etc.
+ Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration and operating system – installs, configuration, customization, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, etc.
+ Experience with account user management
+ Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL)
+ Experience with DoD rules, regulations, and policies
+ Experience with basic networking
+ Experience troubleshooting stored procedures, functions, triggers to figure out data issues
+ Ability to effectively assist with user support / reporting community questions and inquiries
+ Ability to organize and execute formal training with users as needed
+ Strong knowledge of Windows Server
+ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
+ Expert analytical, written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work effectively as a member of a government-leading multi-functional team
+ Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
+ Ability to work within a team and independently
**Other responsibilities:**
+ Perform other duties as assigned by leadership team
**Requirement:**
+ Secret Clearance required
