Cloud Value Sr specialist


Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Teams Administration Microsoft Teams Basic IP Telephony and Collaboration-Microsoft Teams. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage and optimize our cloud-based collaboration tools to enhance productivity and communication within the organization.


Responsibilities

Manage and administer Microsoft Teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.Oversee the integration and maintenance of Basic IP Telephony systems to support efficient voice communication.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Teams and related collaboration tools.Implement and enforce best practices for Microsoft Teams usage and security.Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify and address any issues related to cloud-based collaboration tools.Monitor and analyze the performance of Microsoft Teams and related systems to ensure optimal functionality.Develop and deliver training sessions for employees on the effective use of Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.Lead the implementation of new features and updates for Microsoft Teams to enhance user experience.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to cloud-based communication tools.Create and maintain documentation for Microsoft Teams administration and related processes.Provide recommendations for improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of cloud-based collaboration tools.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technology and collaboration tools.Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of Microsoft Teams and related systems.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in Microsoft Teams Administration.Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Teams and its various features.Have a solid understanding of Basic IP Telephony systems.Show expertise in Collaboration-Microsoft Teams.Exhibit strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Possess strong organizational and documentation skills.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.Have experience in delivering training and support to end-users.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
