Enghouse is looking for a driven and motivated CloudOps Engineer to strengthen our team. The CloudOps engineer is responsible for all the infrastructure and out of the box software Nebu needs to do its job and the clients needs to work with Nebu’s software. Goal is to keep the system up and running and to make the inside and outside customers happy. This is a Hybrid role reporting to the Manager, R&D.
Responsibilities:
Introducing and integrating new technologies into production and test environments Performing routine audits of systems and software Performing backups and restores Applying OS updates, patches, and configuration changes Installing and configuring new hardware and software Troubleshooting and reporting problems Responsible for data security Responsible for documenting the system Responsible for system performance tuning Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with client systems Answering technical queries Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running, maintained Responsible for system monitoring Deploying, managing and supporting Nebu applications Automating common or repetitive tasks Working together with the data center company to make the system better Security point of view applies the necessary steps to ensure system and data protection, during his work applies the requirements declared in “Nebu-ISO-2018-0061 - Development Security Standards” and “Nebu-ISO-2017-0127 - Information Security Management System”
Qualifications and Experience:
You will be an appreciated contributor to our team if you bring the following: University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments Experience with Apache server configuration and management. Strong knowledge of cloud services, particularly Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Previous work experience in cloud computing/ system administration, or networking roles. Ability to write/speak and understand English language Curiosity, self-motivation to learn and openness to new technologies, ability to work to tight and dynamic schedules as well as strong and proactive communication skills. Good interpersonal skills and motivation to work in multi-national, cross-functional teams.
