What You'll Do Monitor, maintain, and support on-premises infrastructure, including servers, storage, network devices, and virtualised environments. Deploy, configure, and upgrade systems and applications, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company standards. Implement and manage security protocols and practices to protect on-premises infrastructure from potential threats. Perform regular updates and patches to keep systems secure and compliant. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Provide support to internal teams and end-users as necessary. Keep detailed and accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, procedures, and support incidents. Identify opportunities for performance optimisation, cost reduction, and improved system reliability. Suggest and implement enhancements where suitable. Collaborate closely with DevOps, IT, and Security teams to support hybrid cloud integrations, ensuring seamless and secure operations across all environments. What You'll Bring bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience in managing on-premises infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network equipment. Experience with virtualization platforms, any (e.g., VMware, Citrix). Strong knowledge of operating systems, particularly Linux and Windows Server. Proficiency in network troubleshooting and knowledge of network protocols and firewalls. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills, with the ability to document processes and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good to have basic understanding of automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins/Rundeck). Experience with at least one of scripting languages Bash/PowerShell/Python Good to have familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and experience integrating on-premises and cloud solutions. Must have Knowledge of monitoring tools and systems(any) (e.g., Coralogix, LogicMonitor). Overall devops process understanding.
