JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skillsGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targetsStrong customer service skillsAbility to learn and use the Club Ready software systemMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and emailMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlinesMust have proficient computer skillsDaily and/or occasional travel may be requiredAttend special events and trainings as neededPart time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the saleMeet and exceed sales goals as established by the General ManagerConduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate salesBe knowledgeable about products, programs and pricingEmphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness providerBook quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotaParticipate in grassroots/community events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studioAssists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environmentAssumes responsibility for developing selling skillsOther duties as assigned
