Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving a portfolio of high-priority and complex business projects to successful completion. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless project execution from start to finish, while managing challenges and fostering collaboration.

 

Your Experience:

Education: A higher education degree (Bachelor's or equivalent).Functional: experience in project and process management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.Leadership: Ability to build, lead, and motivate cross-functional project teams.Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to develop effective, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across all levels.

 

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate project teams, providing direction and support throughout the project lifecycle.Oversee projects from new product development through to successful execution, ensuring timelines and goals are met.Champion continuous improvement efforts, ensuring processes are optimized for better efficiency and effectiveness.Build strong relationships across stakeholder and project teams, utilizing organizational agility and conflict resolution skills to proactively address and mitigate potential issues.Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and keeping everyone informed of project progress, risks, and recommendations.
