Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage five social media accounts across Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island and Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort & SpaDevelop and manage content calendars for all social media platformsCreate, curate, edit and manage all published content (images, video, written)Write compelling captions that align with the brand’s voice and strategyPrepare influencer content creation briefs and coordinate with PR agencies for executionImplement and lead strategic initiatives for follower growth and audience engagementPlan and execute content creation from photoshoot to video editingCompile and deliver detailed monthly reports on social media performance and analytics using industry-standard toolsManage influencer relationships and introduce brand partnershipStay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to inform strategyManage social media crises or negative feedback in a professional and timely mannerSet and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectivesProvide live coverage or real-time posting for brand events to enhance audience engagementMonitor, listen, and respond to users in a social way while cultivating leads and salesAnalyze campaign data and web traffic metricsManage property websites and OTA content update

 

QualificationsMinimum 2+ years of related work experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or social media managementPrevious experience in luxury five-star hospitality industry is preferredProficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design softwareExperience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with ability to source own data and insightsExperience managing paid social media campaigns and analyzing performance metricsSelf-motivated, ability to identify problems and work methodically to solve themThe ability to work independently, highly organized and detail orientedA natural eye for engaging content and visual designStrong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindsetAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
