Assist in the implementation of the Hyatt hotels in Thailand, Cambodia, Maldives, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia for China Marketing Communications Strategy (goals, tactics and actions) to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Food and Beverage, and all other revenue generating departments.Ensure the China marketing activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy, and the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.Attend regular departmental marketing meetings and ensure departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.Work closely with Marketing communications and Revenue team to ensure digital marketing strategies align with overall Sales Marketing strategies.Assist in the implementation of the China marketing overall strategy for the hotels.Proactively reach out to Chinese influencers/ KOLs/ media collaborations opportunities to hotel, ensure the agreed deliverables reflecting hotel USPs and highly searched keywords and follow up clipping report (monthly goal: 5 KOL qualified leads)Support on guiding Chinese social media agency including content direction, leverage keywords usage, optimizing ads performance, coordinate hotel to provide updates to agencies etcConduct market research for hotel for both room and FB outlets on Chinese FB platform to see if there is a need for engage this platform. Work closely with hotel team agency to optimize each platform with content, digital activation or putting the right offers in place. Work closely with Tourism Authorities (Thailand, Cambodia, Maldives, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia )in China for bring awareness to hotels, updating the Chinese tourism trends and provide market insights and recommend potential FAM trip opportunities to hotel.Audit of Chinese language content audit on brand.com, Ctripto be aligned with China Advertising law and reflecting hotel USPs, help hotel optimize the content to cater for China market, prepare report and provide revise recommendations to hotelPrepare monthly report on Chinese digital marketing including performance on brand.com (specifically Chinese related), Trip.com, media/ KOL clippings exposure metricsResponsible for doing digital advertising, Wechat account, mini-program CN mobile App, Ctrip.
