Job Description

Cluster Director of Revenue is a highly experienced, passionate, and diplomatic Revenue Leader who is an accelerant in driving performance for the Minor hotels in Sri Lanka (Anantara Peace Haven Tangalle Resort, Anantara Kalutara Resort, Avani Kalutara Resort, NH Collection Colombo, NH Bentota Ceysands Resort). The role will partner daily with key stakeholders to maximise revenue, market share and Total Hotel Profitability for hotels in his/her area of responsibility.  This will be achieved through leadership with a bias for action in identifying actionable insights to drive business strategies and tactics through high-performing people, best practices, and leading technology.

QualificationsDemonstrated experience as a multi-property and multi-brand Revenue Leader Innovative commercial leader with proven success driving Total Hotel Profitability Able to partner with and persuade diverse stakeholders, including executive level Demonstrated track record driving results in high pressure and volatile environments Highly adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in culturally diverse workplaces Experience deftly managing owner relations. Demonstrated ability to rapidly integrate, interpret and analyze diverse datasets Proven manager, educator and mentor of team members at all levels of the organization Ability to communicate at a professional level in both spoken and written English  Ability to travel periodically to properties as required Experienced user of IDeaS RMS solutions preferred Experienced user of Opera PMS desired Experience with OTA Insight preferred Experienced user of Siteminder, SynXis and/or other distribution systems Power user of Excel required
