\nROLE OVERVIEW:
\nWe are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Cluster Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of our diverse portfolio. You will oversee the culinary teams across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and excellence in food quality and service. In addition to this, you will play a supportive role in leading property openings and re-openings, ensuring the seamless execution of new and revamped culinary concepts.
\nKEY REPONSIBILITIES:
\n\nLead and mentor culinary teams across multiple properties to deliver high-quality dining experiences.\nOversee the development and execution of seasonal menus and culinary strategies that meet the needs of both local and international guests.\nManage food production processes to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.\nCollaborate with property management and food & beverage teams to drive efficient, profitable culinary operations.\nEnsure the implementation of rigorous food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.\nManage kitchen operations, including inventory control, budgeting, and procurement, ensuring cost-effective practices without sacrificing quality.\nInspire and develop culinary teams, creating a culture of excellence and fostering long-term talent growth.\nStay ahead of culinary trends, integrating innovation and creativity into offerings to ensure fresh and exciting guest experiences.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure access to high-quality ingredients and equipment.\nLead and manage property openings and re-openings, ensuring smooth transitions, successful launches, and seamless execution of new culinary concepts.\nRegularly report operational performance to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing efficiency.\nIDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
\n\nProven experience as an Executive Chef or Cluster Executive Chef in multi-property, high-end environments.\nDemonstrated experience in property openings and re-openings, including the ability to successfully implement new culinary concepts and ensure a smooth transition.\nExpertise in designing diverse and innovative menus to meet a wide range of guest preferences and tastes.\nStrong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent across multiple locations.\nStrong financial acumen, with experience managing food costs, budgets, and profitability.\nHighly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nA passion for culinary excellence, creativity, and sustainability in ingredient sourcing.\nComprehensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, with a commitment to maintaining high standards across all properties.\nAbility to perform under pressure while maintaining a positive and solution-focused approach.\nCulinary degree or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.\nExcellent verbal and written communications skills English & Turkish\n\nWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
