As Cluster LD Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training and development programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and service excellence of hotel employees. This role ensures that training initiatives align with brand standards, operational goals, and guest satisfaction objectives while fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning Development, Training, or a similar role in luxurious resort environment.Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, service excellence, and guest experience.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Ability to create engaging training content using instructional design principles.Experience with e-learning tools, and digital training platforms.Strong organizational and project management skills.
