Cluster Marketing Communications Manager

The Cluster Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing activities for Hyatt Place Dubai Hotels and Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai. This role involves planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives, managing brand positioning, and driving revenue through targeted campaigns. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure brand consistency and market growth while maintaining Hyatt’s core values.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement marketing plans that align with the business goals of both Hyatt Place Dubai and Hyatt Centric Jumeirah.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with Hyatt’s global brand standards.
Develop creative content and promotional materials tailored to target audiences.
Develop and analyze digital campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI and customer acquisition.
Design and execute campaigns to drive room bookings, FB revenue, and other hotel services.
Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on KPIs.
Foster relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
Plan and execute press releases, media events, and other PR activities.
Work closely with the sales, revenue management, and operations teams to create integrated strategies.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior marketing staff or external agencies.
