\n\nHilton Istanbul was the first modern hotel built in Europe after the Second World War.\nHilton Istanbul appears in the opening scene of 1963’s From Russia with Love, starring Sean Connery as James Bond.\nIstanbul’s first discotheque, Cloud 9, opened at Hilton Istanbul in 1972.\nPilsen Pub, built in Hilton Istanbul in 1972, was the home of Istanbul’s first happy hour.\nMuhammad Ali was staying at Hilton Istanbul when he announced his retirement from boxing in 1976.\nHilton Istanbul has hosted royalty, politicians, and famous figures including Grace Kelly, Sophia Loren, and Louis Armstrong.\n\nHilton Istanbul Bosphorus has been also described as the university of tourism and filling the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality since 1955.

\nAs a Cluster Revenue Analyst, specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nSupport DOR on consistent selling strategy across ONQ PM, R&I and Horizon, ensuring maximum use of availability controls in all systems.\nEfficiently and effectively providing support to Revenue department.\nMake the necessary reporting to DOR on a timely manner.\nBusiness & Reports need to be done in daily weekly monthly basis if needed. If needed prepare & distribute new reports.\nPrinting & distributing the offers.\nProvides strategic problem solving among the work. Implement innovations in to the system.\nResponding to guest requests with the current and accurate information also offer them alternatives and possibilities. \nDefines the problem. Report deficiencies encountered in the process of preparing the team sharing the necessary adjustments to alert them. To the regulation of systemic error.\nThis position needs to fulfil the new responsibilities as assigned to it who committed by DOR/Commercial Director. \nResponsible of installation, updating, assistance and help of usage on all Revenue systems.\nManagement expected to keep confidential all information about business, sales and computer system as policy of Hilton Worldwide.\nResponsible of office order to pursue office operation and routing\nKeep up-to-date with global, local and environmental issues affecting the city and hotel. \nDevelop the Reservations and Group & Tour teams to maximize revenue on every call. \nEnsure the revenue team is aware of all revenue targets and are kept informed of performance results.\nPrepare competitor strategy/rates on a regular basis.\nCheck the Hotelligence report on a monthly basis and highlight best practices.\nUsing knowledge, make re-alternate business both strategically and on a tactical basis.\nHelp to prepare Business Focus Meetings.\nJoin CFM & BFM meetings if required.\nTravel to the hotels when needed to attend meetings and audit checks.\nSupport Revenue office when needed on Business Analytical reports and activities.\nEnsure the short-term projection is done on daily basis for 90 days, daily pick-ups are investigated & analyzed and new business opportunities identified.\nAnalyze production statistics to identify potential new business, markets, trends and highlight findings to Commercial Team. \nSupport DOR on preparing three-month outlook on a daily basis by market segment and monitor actual versus forecast for plan achievement. \nComplete the month end reports. \nPrepare and analyze all appropriate reports to present at the BFM meeting. \nRecord and analyze all refused, lost, cancelled and waitlist business for both rooms and group business. Propose and implement changes to maximize Revpar in both areas.\nAnalyze and supply data to assist in the preparation of the annual plan and rate reviews. \nReview other revenue and think out of the box to generate extra revenue.\nConduct quality control checks on all revenue management systems to ensure data accuracy.\nEnsure that all the rates are loaded by accurate completion of all rate databases.\nAudit operating standards & procedures in the reservations and Group & Tour departments to ensure they comply with company practices. \nMaintain accurate ongoing records of controls applied to all systems.\nEnsure regular communications are held within the Reservations team.\nAdhere to departmental operating expenses as laid out in the plan/forecast. \nCompile departmental work schedules and manage departmental payroll in line with budgets.\n\nWhat are we looking for?
