At Hyatt we care for people so they can be their best. Care comes from an authentic place of empathy and human connection. We do this by truly seeing people and getting to know them as unique individuals, to enable us to design and deliver personal experiences. We believe in the power of belonging - of making people feel at home no matter where they are in the world. We turn trips into journeys, encounters into experiences and jobs into careers
We have a rare opportunity for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join our hotels in a journey of making travel more human, connected, and sustainable. Here, everyone's role matters and your individuality is celebrated.
You will also have the exciting opportunity to choose between being based in the sunny paradise of Brisbane (Hyatt Regency Brisbane) or in the vibrantly cultural city of Melbourne (Hyatt Centric Melbourne). Don’t worry about having to choose just one through as this role will require some travel between the two properties so you will have the best of both worlds
The Role
As one of the portfolio’s Cluster Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing revenue management analytic functions to produce reporting that support and evaluates hotel business strategies across multiple properties.

· You will report to the Cluster Director of Revenue Management in yielding business trends and maximising revenue for (at the same time) six of our Australian properties primarily focused on the above noted two hotels. This varied and dynamic role provides a chance to develop your Hospitality career within an international company; either in Australia or overseas.
· Prepare weekly, monthly room occupancy and average rate forecast through the use of business intelligence and revenue management systems
· Provide tactical consultation on effective revenue generating processing through inventory usage, rate control management, pricing and distribution
· Conduct weekly revenue meetings, presenting the upcoming revenue tactics and challenges
· Ensure the inventory distribution through all channels is in line with Hyatt’s distribution strategy
· Ensure daily pricing strategies are optimised and to review / assist in the re-design of the pricing strategies if necessary
· Assist the Cluster Director of Revenue Management (and the greater team) and the Sales and Marketing Revenue department to maximise revenue and yield business
· Conduct training with Front Office employees (as required) to ensure correct procedures are in place at check in and check out, ensuring the availability and validity of data for analysis
