Overview of Role
\nA Cluster Sales Coordinator - MICE with Conrad Hotels and Resorts will assist and contribute to maximizing revenue by providing administrative and sales support in driving the sale of conference facility space and guest rooms of the designated industry.
\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs Sales Coordinator (MICE), you are responsible for working closely with the Cluster Director of Sales/Sales Manager to perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nSupport the Cluster Director of Sales, MICE & Managers in managing accounts, processing of sales leads and appropriate response to sales enquiries within the frame work of standard operating procedures.\nAssist to handle enquiries\nResponsible for initiating the preparation of proposals; contracts, opening files and pro-forma invoices.\nMaximize all Conference & Events revenue opportunities\nEnsure telephone coverage in the office at all times and assist any incoming calls from internal and external guests with their requests promptly.Accurate data entry of group and meeting enquiries using Delphi FDC\nEnsure proper show rooms ready for site inspections\nPrepare monthly reports to respective recipients\nTelemarketing calls to customers and prospective customers to solicit business, engage sales activities\nAttends weekly sales departmental meeting and other scheduled meetings to support business operations, such as group pick up meeting, weekly operations meeting, and weekly sales meeting\nKeep work area clean and organized\nAssists with special projects assigned by management.\nWork effectively to build relationships with colleagues in the hotel operations department\nPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required by management.\nWhat are we looking for?

\n- Relevant degree, in a sales or business discipline, from an academic institution
