Cluster Sales Coordinator - Six Senses Ibiza & Italy

You will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development and ensure all directives, practices, and initiatives are implemented, embraced, and adopted within the resort. **Duties and Responsibilities** As Cluster Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, data analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and trade marketing initiatives. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills to ensure cluster sales operations run efficiently. _Sales Support_ + Assist cluster sales teams in preparing presentations, sales reports, Fam trips organisation, and proposals. + Support the preparation and follow-up of customer quotes, orders, and contracts. + Complete forms in accordance with company procedures. + Support on administrative tasks and coordination with finance team for payments, invoicing, expenses reports. + Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events related to sales activities. _Data Management_ + Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accurate information for sales teams. Track sales performance and prepare reports for leadership. _Communication_ + Serve as a point of contact for global customers and internal teams. Ensure smooth communication in the cluster and between cluster team and properties team. + Work on any ad hoc projects with Cluster Sales Director might requests for business needs. + Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events related to sales activities. _Event Coordination_ + Organize and support sales meetings, trade shows, and customer events, both virtually and in person if needed. _Market Research_ + Assist in collecting data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to support sales strategies. _Order Processing_ + Oversee the order fulfilment process, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation for international customers. + Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary. _Documentation and Compliance_ Ensure all sales transactions comply with company policies and local regulations across different markets. _Training and Support_ Help onboard new sales representatives and provide ongoing training or resources as needed. **Qualification** To execute the position of Cluster Sales Coordinator - Ibiza & Italy, you must have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and including the following: + Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools. + Fluent in English and Italian, Spanish is a plus. + Valid Italian Work Permit or European Union citizenship is required for this role.
