KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
Collaborate with the Director of Communications to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, encompassing e-commerce, digital, and B2B/B2C marketing initiatives for Rosewood Baha Mar and Rosewood Le Guanahani. Support the property's digital strategy across organic, paid search, display, and social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards.Website & Content Management
Manage and update content on rosewoodhotels.com, including copy, photography, and landing pages, working with corporate teams for consistency. Optimize online booking channels and website user experience for enhanced conversion.Social Media Management (Rosewood Le Guanahani)
Oversee the social media agency (e.g., OKCOOL) to ensure brand alignment. Develop annual content strategies with growth targets, providing insights on trends and ideation for new content. Coordinate photoshoots and manage assets, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visuals. Track social media performance through monthly reporting and KPI analysis.Email Marketing (EDMs)
Coordinate the creation and deployment of Rosewood’s monthly EDMs and manage additional local campaigns as needed. Provide insights on trends to enhance email content and engagement. Optimize database management to improve audience targeting and engagement rates.Paid Media Management (PMG)
Oversee media spend to maximize ROI, managing assets and copy for campaigns across channels. Provide monthly performance reports and analyze metrics to refine strategies. Monitor Share of Voice (SOV) and online reputation to enhance brand visibility and perception.Online Reputation Management
Ensure guest feedback is actively managed and responded to on relevant platforms. Monitor and enhance SOV, supporting Rosewood Baha Mar and Rosewood Le Guanahani's digital presence and reputation.Campaign & Promotion Management
Develop and execute local promotions and campaigns to support food & beverage, weddings, spa, and events. Collaborate with multiple property teams (operations, catering, sales) to align digital efforts with broader business objectives.Additional Support
Contribute to other marketing initiatives, including public relations, partnerships, media communications, and collateral development. Maintain the property’s marketing calendar and image library, ensuring resources are up to date and accessible.CRITICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of three years in digital marketing, with experience in luxury or hospitality preferred. Proficiency with content management and email marketing platforms; experience with Adobe AEM, Photoshop, and InDesign is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field. Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills, with an eye for detail and creativity in design. Ability to work cross-functionally across property teams, including operations, catering, and sales. Skilled in data analysis and able to provide actionable recommendations in collaboration with digital agencies.
