Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager

Partnering with business leaders across both Red Sea and Amaala hotels to provide strategic and proactive recruiting guidance and support. This role is crucial in ensuring the execution of recruitment strategy to attract the best talent for all positions within the hotels. The Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager will work alongside the Cluster Director of Talent & Culture to oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires. Leading the pre-opening talent attraction plan, this role will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Rosewood Red Sea and Rosewood Amaala. In this role you will need to be able to inspire and lead key stakeholders to support in delivering best in class recruitment solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidatesProactively identify and address hiring needs in close partnership with business leadersManage the full recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboardingEnsure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.Liaise with recruitment agencies as and when required, ensuring competitive rates are negotiated.Ensure recruitment paperwork is prepared and updated prior to the recruitment commencing, e.g. Authority to recruit, job descriptions, etc.Workforce planning for future needs considering trends, legislation and government support packages.Maintain candidate management systems ensure candidates are responded to within the set time.Design and deliver on the best-in-class Candidate Experience components including Job Crafting, Assessment, Feedback, Interview, Onboarding, and Alumni EngagementManage the overall relationship with top target schools and institutions. Oversees campus recruiting and student marketing activities Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needsOrganise recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand at Career Fairs and College/University open days as requested to represent opportunities within RosewoodLead our employer branding efforts on internal and external social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, InstagramDrive digital campaigns on digital platforms to increase awareness, drive traffic and raise visibility to our BrandIdentify opportunities and manage Awards Committee relationships to recognise the Business as an attractive employerLiaise with creatives and stakeholders to design and own content, ensure timely production of assigned tasks (i.e. Video production, photography, social media content, collateral, visuals, Brand guidelines, etc) for campaign execution

CRITICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in talent acquisition management gained in the Hospitality Sector, preferably within luxury Candidate-focused, committed to delivering quality and excellence. Experience in working within an operational setting Preferably you’ll have had expose of experience of being part of a pre-opening team.
