Position Purpose:
\n\nThe On-Site Assistant Association Manager reports to the Association Manager and management agent and receives all direction from the management agent.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
\n\n Assist in the coordination of the Annual meeting and Election of Board Members.\n Assist in supervising contractors providing recurring services and monitor specific contractor performance to ensure substantial compliance with contract specifications.\n Perform regular site visits to maintain knowledge or property.\n Receive service requests for repairs or maintenance of property; common grounds, monuments, signage, street lighting, paving, play parks, tennis courts, pool, Clubhouse and any other amenities.\n Arrange for prompt response to emergency service requests.\n Support receptionist and administrative assistant roles to handle incoming telephone calls, typing of reports, correspondence and to maintain records of the Association for files.\n Research and supply information to Board or Committees as needed for rules, violation reports and Declaration of Covenants.\n Coordinate with landscaping contractor all grounds and maintenance issues, seasonal color installation, pine straw installation, tree, sod, shrub maintenance or replacement, irrigation/backflow maintenance and inspections.\n Partner with homeowner committees to implement approved decisions for activities of the Association, i.e. tennis, pool, finance, landscape, social, covenants and ACC.\n Attend, when necessary, Committee meetings or Association functions.\n Serve as liaison between the (assigned) committees, homeowners, and vendors.\n\n\nPosition Qualifications:
\n\n Working knowledge of the budgeting process\n Working knowledge of Windows operating systems\n Project management skills\n Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills\n Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nJob Type:Full-time
