\nWork Schedule:20 hours per week
\nCompensation:$20.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE
\n\nPosition Purpose
\n\nPerforms full administrative and general support duties to assist Association Manager.\n\nMajor Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
\n\nMaintains electronic and hard copy filing system and efficient information retrieval system.\nPerforms clerical duties which include photocopying, faxing, and preparing large volumes of documents for mailing.\nAssists Property Managers to track and record charges to specific properties.\nAssists Property Managers with researching account information.\nRuns all Compliance, Architectural and gate reports for Property Managers.\nAssists Property Managers with scheduling amenities for residents.\nProvides excellent customer service to clients and other employees.\nCoordinates courier for outside print jobs and any other work-related documents/packages.\nMaintains key fobs and access cards.\nAssists with any special projects as assigned.\n\n\nNature and Scope
\n\nMust possess excellent verbal communication skills -- will be communicating with all levels of personnel, so clear and concise communication is a must.\nExcellent customer service and organizational skills are required.\nMust be accurate, detail-oriented, and dependable.\nMust be a self-starter and be able to work independently without supervision.\nMust have strong multi-tasking skills and meet reasonable deadlines.\nMust have a positive and professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor.\nMust consistently contribute as a team player.\n\n Requirements\nEducation Required
\n\nProficiency using Microsoft Office applications and Outlook email.\nExperience using VMS or other Accounting Software.\nBachelor’s Degree preferred, but equivalent experience / coursework may be accepted.\n\n\n\nEnvironmental Job Requirements:
\n\nPrimarily located in a comfortable indoor area but will require some time spent outside inspecting the community.\nDemands accuracy.\nMay be involved in difficult situations.\nMinimum Qualifications: Must pass a background check.\nPreferred skills in Vantaca HOA Accounting software, Strongroom AP System.\n\nDisclaimer
