Assists providers and other staff with office duties; answers phones; calls in refills as directed. Assists in providing quality patient care as directed by supervisor. As with all Lutheran Health Physicians positions, to always promote, through actions and attitudes, the highest level of customer care and service. **Licensure/Certification/Registration:** + Current Certification/Registration as Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA,) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred + Basic Life Support Certification **Experience:** + 1-2 years of experience in office preferred **Education:** + Maintain registration/certification/licensure, if applicable.
