Join the CentraCare team as a Certified Medical Assistant/X-Ray Operator at the Big Lake Family Medicine Clinic.
The purpose of this position is to assist the Clinician(s) in meeting the patient's needs while providing care to patients. The CMA/X-Ray Operator will prepare, perform, and understand all x-ray exams, is responsible for laboratory functions such as performing venipunctures and finger pokes, specimen processing, test performance, reporting test results, and quality assurance of laboratory equipment.
Schedule:
Full-time | 72-80 hours every 2 weeks. 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday OR choose a 4-day work week 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with an alternating day off each week. No evenings. No weekends. No holidays.Pay and Benefits:

State of Minnesota X-ray operator's license Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program. Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with one of the following: Must provide proof of pass notification prior to start with verification of official certification or registration within 3 months of exam date. American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA). American Medical Technologists (AMT). Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA). National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT). National Healthcareer Association (NHA). National Association for Health Professionals, Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA). Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA). Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy. Ability to understand patients’ medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.*Recent Radiology experience and operator's license Preferred
