Job Description Collaborate with business leaders and support function team members to identify improvement opportunities and answer key strategic questions. Structure and manage project work. Perform primary and secondary research. Synthesize business insights derived from analyses into clear and concise recommendations for business leaders. Perform assessments to develop insights and action plans to achieve the best performance. Recommend and implement practical solutions while working directly with stakeholders to derive business improvements.Drives the timely and effective implementation of business strategies according to the approved plan and roadmap and ensures resources are properly allocated and these strategic initiatives align with the organizational goals.
Strategy Management
Co-formulates Strategic Plans and Programs together with other Strategy leads both within the CMB group and other external groups (i.e. CSSG, OSM)
Drives the execution of Group strategies and strategic initiatives according to the approved business plan either through oversight or direct involvement in group projects.
Regularly reviews and monitors progress of Strategic initiatives against timelines and deliverables
Anticipates possible sources of concerns and identifies potential risks, flags appropriate groups/divisions and plans quickly to address challenges that arise during the execution phase, such as resource allocation issues, delays, or unexpected obstacles. Ultimately, proactively ensures mitigation strategies are in place to prevent the failure of strategic projects.
Mobilizes needed resources, either within Globe or in other groups, to deliver the desired results at the time and quality expected.
Business Integration
Works across groups, division or departments to ensure collaboration and smooth execution of strategy. This includes liaising between leadership, teams, and other stakeholders.
Works with appropriate groups in managing organizational change that may come with implementing a new strategy
Provides a corporate/macro view at all times
Communications
Effectively communicates and promotes understanding of the Group Strategies, targets and scorecard to all divisions, business units and support functions
HIRING REQUIREMENTS:
Work Experience
At least 5 years of experience in a Strategy role/function where there is deep involvement in developing and implementing business strategies or operational plans.
Experience in telco/digital/service companies is preferred
Strong leadership skills and experience in communicating and leading initiatives across all levels of the organization
Extensive experience in analyzing business data to support decision-making, measuring the success of strategic initiatives using KPIs, and refining strategies based on performance data.
