CMC Program Management Specialist
The Project Specialist for CMC Program Management uses knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry and project management techniques, to finalize overall project strategy for clinical and commercial products. They will plan, coordinate and lead various assignments within the CMC Program Management department. As a Project Specialist-CMC Program Management, a typical day might include the following: + Organize meetings and build agendas, minutes, and manage action items. + Create, maintain, and implement timelines and manage dashboards, MS Project, and other tools required to facilitate planning and coordination of results + Accountable to identify risk and develop mitigation strategies to advance efforts/projects. + Manage others across the business through influence rather than direct authority. + Assess process issues and develops solutions to meet productivity and quality milestones / objectives. + Ensure effective, accurate and timely communication between collaborators. + Define and documents working / best practices that can be used across projects with all relevant departments to ensure that project objectives are met. This role may be for you if you have: + You have basic project management skills. + You have good interpersonal skills and can build working relationships with a cross-functional team. + You have good time management and are well organized. In order to be considered for this position, you must hold a BS/BA in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and + Associate Specialist: 0-2 years experience + Specialist: 2+ years of relevant experience + Senior Specialist: 5+ years of relevant experience. + PMP certification a plus; level decided upon completion of an interview process Does this sound like you?
