CME - Logistics Specialist
Job Purpose and Summary

Logistics Specialist will be responsible for processing daily inbound operations and ensuring timely booking of shipments as per SLAs in an efficient manner.  Although, based in the UAE, the role will oversee logistics for three NSO’s located in Dubai, Saudi & Qatar.

Handle and oversee inbound shipments for UAE, Qatar & KSA, ensuring compliance with SLAs & achieving KPIs.Monitor and update inventory records to reflect accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies.Resolve issues related to product shortages and damage related claims handling by working closely with different stakeholders.Coordinate with service team to inspect damaged inbound products.Maintain daily inbound tracker & planning activities.Identify areas of improvements to efficiently manage the inbound flow.Respond promptly to inquiries from demand planners and sales teams, providing timely and accurate information and updates.

What we ask

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain.2-3 years of relevant logistics work experience.Excellent command of verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus.Demonstrate strong analytical and interpretation skills.Strong time management and organizational skillsKnowledge of order processing and logistics management and transporting practices in the regionDemonstrable ability to work on own initiative, to strict deadlines and the ability to prioritize the tasks.Flexibility to deal with changing requirements.Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.

You will need

Proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel.Strong organizational and planning skillsExcellent analytical, follow-up, and reporting abilities.Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.Business & customer focus.People oriented & ability to adapt to change.Multitasking with a solution-oriented mindset.Results-driven and committed to achieving targets
